To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Late or Missing Refunds

- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item:

- Receive Exchange Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with an Exchange Authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Send the Item: Follow the provided instructions to send the defective or damaged item back to us.
