Once you place an order with Journey with Crystal, our team works diligently to process it as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We provide tracking information for all orders once they have been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can monitor the status of your shipment.   1. Undeliverable Packages

In the rare event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you immediately. Common reasons for undeliverable packages include incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package by the recipient. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if necessary, arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipped orders.


  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@journeywithcrystal.com. Include photos of the damaged packaging and items, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement or refund.


If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the event that the package cannot be located, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
